Method

Reserves are confirmed by [Attestor or oracle] from custodian records [frequency to be confirmed, target: every 15 minutes] and compared with tokens in circulation read from the CenterChain contract. A reserve counts only when it is a treasury bill, a bank deposit or cash held by the named custodian in a segregated account for the issuer. If reserves fell below tokens in circulation, minting would pause automatically, the shortfall would be shown on this page with its time, and the issuer would disclose the cause and the remedy in a dated notice.
