KYC and AML
Every investor completes identity verification before the first subscription: identity document, proof of address and, for entities, ownership and control information.
Investors and their transactions are screened against sanctions and politically exposed person lists at onboarding and on an ongoing basis by [screening provider].
Source of funds is reviewed above thresholds set in the compliance manual [thresholds to be confirmed], and unusual activity is reviewed by the compliance officer.
Records are retained for the period required in the issuer's jurisdiction [retention period to be confirmed] and are available to auditors and competent authorities on request.
