Eligibility
Investor categories
Three categories apply across the site. Individual investors may access assets marked for individuals in jurisdictions where retail distribution is permitted. Professional investors, as defined by the law of their jurisdiction, may access assets marked professional. Institutional investors may access every asset offered in their jurisdiction, including Center Launch offerings marked institutional. The category is determined during the eligibility check and recorded with the subscription.

How eligibility is checked
Before a subscription, the eligibility check asks for the country of residence and the investor type, then compares them with the asset’s permitted jurisdictions and categories. Supporting documents are requested during KYC. Availability depends on your jurisdiction and investor status.
Changes in status
A holder whose residence or category changes must notify [email protected]. Assets that are no longer permitted may be held to maturity or redeemed under the asset’s published terms, but may not be added to.
