The Dual Audit Standard.
Every asset is audited on-chain and off-chain by independent firms, and both reports are published before a token is minted.
What is audited
| On-chain | Off-chain |
|---|---|
| Contract code | Financial statements |
| Access controls | Legal standing and authority to issue |
| Upgrade paths | Custody arrangements |
| Oracle and reserve logic | Asset existence and valuation |
| Deployment verification | Sanctions and AML screening |
Who audits
Independence. Each audit is performed by a firm that has no ownership, lending or advisory relationship with CenterNetwork or the issuer. The firm is named in the report and on the asset page.
International standards. Financial and legal audits follow the standards stated in each report [standard to be confirmed per engagement]. Smart contract audits follow the firm's published methodology, which is linked from the report.
Rotation policy. The lead firm for each asset is rotated on a published cycle [cycle to be confirmed], and a change of firm is disclosed with the next report.
Disclosed conflicts. Any relationship between a firm and an issuer, custodian or CenterNetwork that arises during an engagement is disclosed in the report and on this page.

What it does not cover
Audits reduce operational and reporting risk. They do not remove credit, interest rate, currency or liquidity risk.
