Validator
An operator that proposes and verifies blocks on CenterChain and stakes the network asset to do so.
Validators are listed publicly with their stake, uptime and commission. Anyone meeting the published requirements can join the set.
A validator that misses blocks or signs conflicting ones is penalised under the rules in the network parameters.
