How it works

Reserve setup, named custodianAudited standard contractMint and redeem railsAttestation and proof of reserve

Reserve setup. The issuer opens segregated accounts with a named custodian, and the reserve policy, what counts as a reserve and how it is valued, is published before the first mint.

Audited standard contract. The coin uses the audited Center Mint contract; roles, pause policy and upgrade path are set at deployment and disclosed on the coin's page.

Mint and redeem rails. Minting is gated by proof of reserve, and redemptions settle at par on the published terms through the issuer's rails.

Attestation and proof of reserve. Reserves are checked against supply continuously and attested monthly by an independent firm, with every report and its hash published.
