Dual Audit Standard
The CenterNetwork rule that no asset is minted before both a code audit and a financial audit are published.
The standard sets out what each audit must cover, who may perform it, when it must be repeated and what is published: the report, the scope, the date, the firm and a checksum of the file.
It is the reason the Verified twice badge appears beside an asset. The badge links to the two reports, so the claim can be checked rather than believed.
